With due respect and humble submission, I, on behalf of the students of your renowned (reputed) college, beg to state that ours is an old and big college in the capital city. It has earned great fame for its standard education and better results. It is also reputed for cultural activities. The students of our college are very fond of music. Every year, they participate in the Inter-­College music competition and our college became champion last year. They also take part in different cultural functions held on different occasions of the year. But it is regret that there is no music club for us in our college. A music club is also an important part of a college or a school. It plays a vital part in inspiring students in music. A music club can make us expert in music activities by holding musical functions and prograrnmes in our college auditorium. Asa result, the club can bring a greater glory to our college. Our music and cultural teachers have given this kind consent at this.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly permit and sanction us taka 10,000 to open the music club so that we may become more expert in music. I remain, Sir,

Each year, our college students actively participate in the Inter-College Music Competition, and we are proud to mention that our college emerged as the champion last year. Moreover, our students take part in various cultural events that are organized throughout the academic year.

However, despite our passion for music, we regret to inform you that our college currently lacks a dedicated music club. We also seek a financial grant of Taka 10,000 to facilitate the initial setup of the club, which will include purchasing necessary musical instruments and organizing events in our college auditorium. Our music and cultural teachers have supported this initiative and have offered their assistance in guiding the club's activities.
