Respected Sir,

With due respect and utmost submission, we, the students of this esteemed college, beg to bring to your kind notice a matter that has been of great concern to us for a while now. The college, undoubtedly, provides us with an excellent platform for education. However, we are disheartened to mention that there are some inadequacies in the classroom facilities that have been creating significant disruptions in our academic progress.

One of the most pressing issues we have been facing is the shortage of space in the classrooms. The current classrooms are not spacious enough to accommodate all the students, making it difficult for us to focus on our studies. Moreover, the number of benches provided in the classrooms is inadequate, causing inconvenience to the students.

Furthermore, in case of cloudy weather, the lack of sufficient electric bulbs in the classrooms creates an atmosphere of darkness, making it hard for us to read and write. Also, the absence of electric fans in the classrooms has been causing discomfort to us during hot and humid weather conditions, and most of the existing fans are either non-functional or defective.

Therefore, we humbly request you to consider our appeal and take necessary measures to improve the classroom facilities, which would ensure a smooth and efficient study environment for the students.
