Sir,

With due respect, we, the students of Class IX / X would like to draw your kind attention towards our prayer for your kind consideration.

We, the students of your school remain busy with our studies throughout the year. So we want to engage ourselves in different extra-curricular activities. As you know nowadays it has become a practice to hold science fairs in our country too. Science fairs are now held in district towns also. In our school also there are many enthusiastic students. They are highly interested to arrange a science fair in our school campus. We think that this science fair can help us to create a taste and eagerness for scientific experiments. This will also create enthusiasm for scientifically approached carrier among our students. Again this may help us to prepare ourselves for organising such a fair. Besides our academic studies this fair may give us amusement. In this regard we have already discussed with our two honourable teachers. They have given their kind consent to co-operate us.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind and convinced enough to give us permission to arrange a science fair in the school campus.

With due respect and humble submission, I, on behalf of the students of our school, would like to request you to kindly arrange a Science Fair in our school campus. Our school has always been known for its academic excellence and the active participation of students in extracurricular activities. A Science Fair will provide a unique platform for students to showcase their scientific ideas, projects, and innovations, which will not only enhance their learning but also inspire them to pursue science with greater enthusiasm.

In recent years, science fairs have become a major event in many schools across the country, contributing to the intellectual and creative growth of students. It would also help students to engage practically with the subjects they learn in class and develop skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

We propose that the Science Fair be organized in the school hall or in an open space within the school campus, and we are confident that with your guidance, it will be a grand success. We also hope that you will consider inviting guest speakers from local universities or institutions to judge the projects and encourage the participants.

We earnestly request you to kindly approve our proposal and take the necessary steps to organize this event at the earliest convenience. We believe this initiative will add great value to our school and contribute to the holistic development of the students.
