The Boy and the Train / A Boy saved the Train from the Accident (Story Writing)

The boy and the train

      One day a poor boy named Abul Hussein was walking by a railway. Suddenly he saw that the rail line was broken at a place. He thought that train driver might not be aware of the breakage and surely there might be an accident. He knew that within a short time a mail train would arrive and meet the accident. So he began to think how to save the train and its passengers from the accident.

The boy knew that a driver stops his train when any red flag comes into his notice. Incidentally, the boy was wearing a red T-shirt and he decided to raise it as a red flag.

At once he heard the whistle of the train. The train was coming at a full speed. The Boy put off his T-shirt and tied to a stick. He stood bedside the railway and began to Wave it like a flag. The train came into sight but boy did not move from the place near the breakage. He kept on waving the shirt. The driver noticed it and stopped The train just nears the break. He came to the boy with a very angry mood. He asked

The boy why he was waving the shirt. The boy showed him the breakage.

The driver and the passengers were very pleased with the boy. The thanked the boy

Highly. The incident was notified to the rail authority. It was published in the newspapers and broadcast through TV channels. Later on the boy was awarded for saving hundreds of lives. Since then the boy was called a real hero.

Once upon a time, there was a poor boy named Abul Hussein. He was walking near a railway when he spotted a broken rail line. He worried that the train driver might not see the break and there could be a bad accident. He knew a mail train would come soon, so he thought hard about how to stop it and keep everyone safe.


Abul Hussein remembered that train drivers stop when they see a red flag. Luckily, he was wearing a red T-shirt, so he decided to use it as a flag to warn the train.


When he heard the train whistle, he quickly took off his T-shirt, tied it to a stick, and waved it like a flag next to the railway. Even though the train was coming fast, he didn't move from where he was near the broken rail. He kept waving the shirt until the driver noticed and stopped the train just before reaching the break. The driver was angry at first, but Abul Hussein showed him the broken rail.


The driver and the passengers were relieved and grateful to Abul Hussein. They thanked him a lot. The news of what happened spread to the rail authority, newspapers, and TV channels. Later, Abul Hussein was given an award for saving so many lives. From then on, everyone called him a real hero.
