I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent purchase I made from your online store. I ordered a set of wireless headphones (Order No. 4032) and received the product today. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that the headphones were defective. The left earbud is completely unresponsive, and the charging case does not appear to be functioning properly as well.


I immediately tried to initiate a return process through your website, but I encountered several issues. The page kept redirecting me to the homepage, and I was unable to submit the request successfully. I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists.


I kindly request you to look into this matter and confirm whether the return request has been successfully filed for my order. If not, I would appreciate it if you could provide clear instructions on how to return this faulty product and obtain a replacement or refund.


For your reference, I have attached photographs of the defective headphones, along with a video demonstrating the issues I mentioned.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about a problem with a product I recently purchased from your online store. I ordered a blue leather wallet (Order No. 1025) on July 20, 2022, and received the item today. Upon inspection, I noticed that the wallet is damaged. The stitching on the side is completely undone, and there are noticeable scratches on the front, which were not mentioned in the product description.


I attempted to initiate a return request via your website; however, I faced technical difficulties. The page repeatedly redirected me, and I was unable to complete the process. I kindly ask you to verify whether my return request has been filed or provide me with an alternative way to return the product.


I have attached images of the damaged wallet, including close-up photos of the stitching and scratches for your reference.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged and Unusable Goods


Dear Sir,


I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent parcel of stationery items delivered by your company to our supply hub. Upon inspection, we found that several items in the shipment are damaged and not in a saleable condition.


To be specific, many of the pens and rubbers are either broken or faulty, and a significant portion of the papers is of poor quality. Additionally, some of the packaging was found to be damp, which has further affected the condition of the goods. This situation is extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation your company holds for supplying quality products.


We were expecting a standard delivery of usable items, but receiving damaged goods has disrupted our operations. Such issues not only impact our business but also hurt the trust we have placed in your company.


I kindly urge you to look into the matter seriously and arrange for a prompt replacement of the unusable items with new ones. Please ensure that future deliveries are made with greater care. If the issue persists, we may have to reconsider our partnership.
